protein content list?

When I started my banded-life, I had a neat little book giving all the protein contents of foods. I haven't counted anything for ages and suddenly realised today when i did a spot check , that I am massively under-eating as far as protein is concerned. And I can't find that book. I can go and buy another but anyone know of a nice easy-to-use list online? I did google it but nothing really simple came up - just places to chart intake like fitday (I just want a list with values) or sites which gave branded foods (i just want generic things like "milk", "roast beef"). I used to have one of those little booklets from Dr. Atkins that had a pretty comprehensive list of protein content. I think it only cost me about $3.00.....but you might be able to find listings on the Atkins diet site. Good luck. Anita

Here is a short list that covers the basic stuff. I got one similar to this from my doc before surgery. http://www.cancer.ca/vgn/images/portal/cit_86751114/34/6/211764850cw_proteincontent_en.pdf
