B: gr tea, V-8, oatmeal, and the little blue things
L: picked the chicken out of some of the Bruchette, from last night! Ate a little of the stuffing
D: 1 piece my bread, to make a hot pork sandwich, w/ a little LF gravy, and asparagus
S: 100 cal. popcorn

Going over to my aunts for dinner...they are having burgers, so I'll probably eat the patty and a bit of salad
There is a GIGANTIC chocolate cake here at work that is calling me! I ended up eating 2 snackwell cookies instead...

B: 1/2 of a Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich and I am glad they are gone.

L: more leftover crustless pizza (so yummy)
D: the remaining asparagus roast with EVOO, salt & pepper and about 3 perdue lowfat chicken nuggets
S: 16 oz of milk

HI Sharon. Sitting here typing with my daughters hamster, Theodore, sitting on my lap. He's a sweet little thing!
Today was a toss up for eating. Some things went down fine, others put up a bit of a fight.
B: steel cut oatmeal w/nat pb (this held me for hours!)
L: wandered the grocery store, didn't know what, if anything, I wanted. Ended up with a Hormel chili mac lunch...only ate 1/2 of it / 3 fritos
S: 1 mozz chz stick
D: chicken casserole and 2 forks of corn

Got thru the first three days of 'not cheating' and it's easier. I was in chocolate detox!

L: Crab meat (plain) w/ a V8
D: lean ground beef (about 1/2 cup) cooked in skillet/drained w/ spinach
S: Salt free pretzels
Lotsa water.....it's getting embarassing - I can't even get thru a meeting w/out having to run to the ladies room!
