Hot dog! My band is lighter by 0.4 cc .. what a difference

Well - I went to the doctor in Nashville. I still don't agree with his nutritional philosophy (I guess I am choosing to trust in the advice of my surgeon). But he did (reluctantly) remove .4 cc taking me from 2.6 to 2.2. I ate lunch and dinner yesterday and nothing hurt, got stuck, caused sliming or a PB. And this morning I was able to take my morning medications (they have to be taken on an empty stomach) and nothing "hung up" or felt tight. I even managed to eat breakfast. I haven't been able to eat breakfast in about a year. Phew! Of course Nashville Doc thinks I'm going to gain weight. I'm looking forward to going back in two months and showing him a loss, now that I can eat solid foods and won't be so tempted to eat junky food that chews down well but packs a calorie punch like Oscar de la Hoya.
