early: 1 mozz chz stick
B: steel cut oatmeal w/nat peanut butter
L: 1 small can of chicken breast w/little mayo & hot sauce/few Kashi crackers
S: small pack of mini fig newtons
D: meatballs (haven't eaten yet, so I'm not sure how many, maybe 2) I'm going to attempt parmesan cheese crisps in the oven.

GGGGrrrr... I started out really well, flubbed up and then ended really well. OK, for my moment of truth
B: 1/2 of the turkey and egg inside a Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
S: 1 cup of grapes
L: crustless pizza
S: 16 oz of milk (before working out) and then about 20 Hershey Kisses
D: bacon wrapped steak and asparagus roasted with olive oil and garlic
not enough water yet but before I go to bed I will be there.
Day 3 of high protein mushies for me!
B: W/C oatmeal
L: FF Cottage Cheese w/ S/F peaches
D: F/F Refried beans, L/F cheesestick.....2 big glasses of hot spinach water (drained from the pot...that was a first for me....you can tell that I haven't cheated in a few days 'cause I actually liked it!)
S: a few salt free mini pretzels and a sugar free ice pop.
Well over 100 oz of water today!
