I'm LATE, I'm LATE, What's to eat??
Sorry, went out to eat, with a friend, and brought Michael's back.
B: gr tea, V-8, oatmeal, w/blueberies, and banana
L: chicken pieces, in lettuce rollup, cottage cheese, and pineapple
D: peel and eat shrimp, and GREAT greek salad
S: Not tonight!

Hope you all have had a good day, or at least, better! I know things have been rough for some of us lately!
I am so glad you were able to go out to eat tonight!
B: 1/2 of a Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
S: grapes
L: leftover crustless pizza
D: I tried salmon - I don't like it but I ate at least 1 oz. of it and asparagus. I am going to go find something else to eat. I don't like fishy tasting fish and that was too fishy for me.
And just the right amount of water and crystal light.

B: Starbucks hot chocolate with NF Milk and No whip (20g protein)
S: 100 cal pack of beef or turkey jerkey
L: SALAD with lettuce, carrots, onions and eggs and small amt of italian dressing
S: Peanuts
D: 1 healthy homemade enchilada, 6 oz of juice
Plenty of water
Now that I am more focused - I realize that I might need a tweak in the band, but not until I weigh what my ticket on the other forum says I weigh.
I am still having trouble with really solid protein and I don't know why.
Monday it was chicken. Yesterday morning it was an egg at ihop. Today it was an egg at home...
Breakfast: hot tea with lemon, a little piece of a scrambled egg
Lunch: Tuna salad, sugar free apple sauce
It's after 10:00 and I still haven't eaten dinner...
