Sorry, went out to eat, with a friend, and brought Michael's back. B: gr tea, V-8, oatmeal, w/blueberies, and banana L: chicken pieces, in lettuce rollup, cottage cheese, and pineapple D: peel and eat shrimp, and GREAT greek salad S: Not tonight! WATER Hope you all have had a good day, or at least, better! I know things have been rough for some of us lately!

I am so glad you were able to go out to eat tonight! B: 1/2 of a Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich S: grapes L: leftover crustless pizza D: I tried salmon - I don't like it but I ate at least 1 oz. of it and asparagus. I am going to go find something else to eat. I don't like fishy tasting fish and that was too fishy for me. And just the right amount of water and crystal light.

So sorry about the salmon, hon! I love fish, but prefer, my salmon, smoked. It's my least fav. otherwise. I think I gave you a recipe for it, though! Hope your Wednesday, is a good one, honey!

Hi Sharon! So glad you got out for a while! Oatmeal, latte No real lunch, just some grazing...string cheese, yogurt, tomatoes, red grapes Lasagna, salad with light Italian Probably will hav a skinny cow later (love the mint ice cream sandwich)

Thanks, hon, I really enjoyed my dinner, and have enough for lunch today, of course. I thought of you, when I was eating my greek salad, not sure why! ha

B: Starbucks hot chocolate with NF Milk and No whip (20g protein) S: 100 cal pack of beef or turkey jerkey L: SALAD with lettuce, carrots, onions and eggs and small amt of italian dressing S: Peanuts D: 1 healthy homemade enchilada, 6 oz of juice Plenty of water Now that I am more focused - I realize that I might need a tweak in the band, but not until I weigh what my ticket on the other forum says I weigh.

Hi Sharon, B: W/C oatmeal....(I'm thinking about adding a V-8 in w/ it soon) L: Root Canal and a tasty bottle of water! D: L/F Ricotta Cheese, Pt Skim Cheese, little mozz cheese melted in S: Sugar free Ice Pop P.S.....I love Greek Salad !!! Your dinner sounded great!

I am still having trouble with really solid protein and I don't know why. Monday it was chicken. Yesterday morning it was an egg at ihop. Today it was an egg at home... Breakfast: hot tea with lemon, a little piece of a scrambled egg Lunch: Tuna salad, sugar free apple sauce It's after 10:00 and I still haven't eaten dinner...
