My physical therapist told me that I am doing so well that I can cut back to 2 sessions per week starting next week. So while I will miss the structure, it is great news.
I started my checklist today, and did fairly well. I am not going to be rigid about doing every thing every day - that is not reality. But I will utilize the checklist so that I know what I am doing. Just breaking the chocolate grazing will be a help!
I need to begin a walking program before it gets too hot. Life is good!

Love the positive attitude. I don't want to be too rigid either, but until I get back on track, I think I need to be (I'm talking a week or two). Then lapband life w/ all it's benefits as usual!!
Alyssa.....You just stay strong. You've got a very, very strong will and an even stronger support group here. We'll see you through this!
