2008 will be my year!

My physical therapist told me that I am doing so well that I can cut back to 2 sessions per week starting next week. So while I will miss the structure, it is great news. I started my checklist today, and did fairly well. I am not going to be rigid about doing every thing every day - that is not reality. But I will utilize the checklist so that I know what I am doing. Just breaking the chocolate grazing will be a help! I need to begin a walking program before it gets too hot. Life is good!

Chelle, congrats on the progress! 2008 will be the year for both of us! Keep us updated on your progress (with PT, checklist, walking, eating, less chocolate)!

Where I go, you go. We survived 2007 and will be successes in 2008.

Yes, survived is the right word to describe 2007. So far 2008 isn't any better health wise, but I vow to make it better!

Chelle, Love the positive attitude. I don't want to be too rigid either, but until I get back on track, I think I need to be (I'm talking a week or two). Then lapband life w/ all it's benefits as usual!! Alyssa.....You just stay strong. You've got a very, very strong will and an even stronger support group here. We'll see you through this! - Ann

Nope, sorry, it can't be your year -- it's going to be mine! Or maybe we could share. Keep your check list in site and more your body and sign up for the March Madness Exercise Challenge tomorrow.

I don't do challenges - they always jinx me.

I can understand that. I don't do weight loss challenges because I think that how much I lose is something I can't control. I can control how much I eat and how much I exercise, but I can't control how much I lose in response to that exercise and eating.
