Good to see you back, missed you, hon! I've never had salt free pretzels, it has to be like eating potato chips, with no salt! You'll get back on track, sweetie, I have EVERY confidence in you!

Sharon, did you like the tomatoes? (It won't hurt my feelings if you didn't...I'm not that sensitive!)

Yes, I liked the tomatoes! I like them fixed anyway! ha Do you eat the sub bread, hon? i can't do that kind of bread! we have Jimmy John's, here, and their lettuce wraps, are really good. you get anything you get in a sub, wrapped in lettuce. Some of the tortilla wraps are too, doughy. I bet you are enjoying your new workout room! ha

Yes, I can eat the bread most of the time. I often end up tearing a lot of it away. I get it toasted at Subway, and I get the mini (kids) size sub. So with no mayo and no cheese, it's a 3 point lunch. My band is a bit on the loose side though...

Marcia, If you're not able to get protein in because you're a little swollen or tight, you may not lose this week...but don't get discouraged. I can relate - I'm not even at a tight fill level but I know that a few of my choices last week have left me swollen. I went back to mushies/basics. While I'd rather have a little more than mushies, I've gotta tell you, it's like a detoxification. (Mind you...it's only the start of day 2 but I got a great nites sleep and I'm looking forward to another healthy day w/ good choices) Hope you lose and hope the episodes stop soon! - Ann

Wow, hope you're ok, hon! Make sure you're getting your water! Hope this doesn't keep up, or time to call your doctor!

Always a day behind and a dollar short!! It's snowing here, we're supposed to get a lot but it doesn't seem to be sticking! For Monday, home with my daughter, she was sick: B: steel cut oatmeal w/nat peanut butter (that was yummy!) L: None...I laid down with my daughter and we slept through lunch 4pm: taco soup on top of a hot dog, no bun, only ate 1/2 of the dog, got stuck 8pm: salad at moms house after dropping DD off to spend the night so I could go to work today! Salad was wonderful, I need to eat more salads. I think I'm going to start trying to eat them for lunch.
