Some POSITIVE changes for this fine Monday morning!

We have a 3 car garage, of which for 3 YEARS my sons broken down race car has been in one side of it. I have longed to turn the space into a little workout area for us. We have a treadmill and an exercise bike, a total gym, and a weight bench, and we've had nowhere to put any of them, except upstairs in a spare bedroom, where nobody uses them!
Sooooo, we sold the car Saturday, and DH cleaned out the garage. No excuses now...I can have all my stuff, and he even built a TV shelf so we can watch it while in the equipment if we want. Woo-hoo! I think I will finally get the elliptical that I wanted, but never had space for.
I am also going to skip the wine during the week. I can't seem to lose when I drink it, even when I count the points. I think it also makes me sluggish and not want to exercise. So, I'm going to limit it to weekends.
Good for you.....and I totally agree with the wine. I can sneak in an extra snack and still lose, but if I can eat really healthy, with a glass or two of wine, and hit a plateau.
My father used to always tell us that wine was used to help people gain weight - we thought he didn't want us to drink, but I think he was on to something!!
