Hope you are all having a terrific Sunday! B: gr tea, V-8, WC oatmeal, Blueberries, 1 piece toast L: LF turkey, 1 slice cheese, a little mustard, in a lettuce rollup, sliver of chocolate pie! D: pork roast, a new potato, baby peas, w/ pearl onions, and SF applesauce! S: skinny sandwich water!!!!! Good evening!

Sharon, I know you eat the little grape tomatoes. I just love those little suckers. I halve about a 1/2 box of them, bit of crumbled blue cheese, teaspoon of FF mayo (or LF), red wine vinegar, dried basil, salt, pepper, pinch of Equal. Let the flavors marry for a few minutes or a few hours. I have also added diced red onion and cucumber before, but didn't today. Okay.... Egg beaters omelet with diced ham, low fat cheese, mushrooms, green onions and jalapenos! Ate about 1/2 of it, which is good for me in the morning. Grape tomatoes as described above, 100 calorie Ritz snack bag Dinner is going to be part of a rib eye, roasted red potatoes, and vegetable yet to be determined Watching the Oscars tonight....maybe popcorn or Skinny cow!

If you don't like blue cheese, or it's too strong for you, feta is also good in this.

My belly doesn't hurt anymore! I burped until about 11pm last night! We watched Mr. Wood****what funny movie. Today has been a "tight" day and I've not eaten much. B: Kashi go lean shake On the wayto the grocery store: protein bar (got stuck on 1/2 of it but it passed, ate the other 1/2 on the way home) dinner will be taco soup, if I can get it to go down. later I'm sure....but we'll see....lite cool whip w/nat peanut butter Geez....I hope this tightness is only because I got TOM yesterday! Some food would be nice.

Honey, do you normally get tight like this from TOM? I'm beginning to wonder if you may be too, tight, from your last fill. Well, keep us posted, and don't pu**** too, much. A tine unfill, makes a world of difference! I did that twice.

Slept until 11 today! Insert fist-pumping YES here! Breakfast: 1/3 c. ff cottage cheese, fresh pear, coffee with creamer Lunch: 1 mini-bagel, whole wheat toasted, spread with 1 t. light butter (land o' lakes...i love YOU!), 4 slices sara lee smoked turkey, and 1 slice 2% pepper jack cheese Snack: Walmart brand peach crystal light Dinner: WW stuffed peppers, green beans with bacon, and apple crisp with light whipped cream Doubt I'll need a snack, but if I do, I'll have a piece of Valentine candy that Mikel gave me (it helps keep me regular, since I'm one of the few, the proud, the dumpers!) Worked like a hoss on my presentation for assessment class! OMG...i'm so overwhelmed!

I'm glad you found time to post, hon! Sorry, you're so overwhelmed, with all you have to do, but it sounds like you're eating well. I'm SO glad you are doing well, and having no more problems! You needed a break!
