If you're still on WW, I'm going to highly recommend trying to find a WW cookbook that is just super! It's called Take 5! The recipes have 5 ingredients and are quick/easy/tasty!
Today I'm making the Maple Marinated Chicken (Quail was the original recipe), Citrus-roasted Veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), mashed potatoes (Country Crock...I doubt I eat any), and a pear crostata (the cookbook had a plum one but said apricots, peaches, pears, or apples could be substituted for the plums) with ff whipped cream. The total point count for the chicken, veggies, and crostata...9. Not bad for a main meal!
