Anyone see the Eclipse?

I'm not exactly sure what I was looking at, but it was pretty cool!

Was it lunar or solar? We had quite a good lunar one recently, the moon went a sort of purple/burgundy colour. But the best ever for me was in 1999 when we had a total eclipse of the sun. That was awesome - creepy actually, can understand why more primitive people thought eclipses were the anger of the gods. Kate

Hi Nancy, first off all I'm glad I found all you guys..I was in Florida for a few weeks and came back and did not reconize anyone posting on our regular board! The cool thing about the Eclipse was I was flying home last night and we could see it from the air..the pilot made a special announcement to see it and it was awesome. Take Care, Christine

I saw it on the news, as it was way too cold to go out and watch it! The moon was red! Cool!

We watched it from our living room. We actually live in West Seattle, with a view of downtown Seattle from our deck and out the plate glass windows in our living room. We sat right here on our comfy sofa and watched the whole eclipse right over the city skyline. It was FABULOUS!!! Vicki
