chocolate pie for afternoon snack
I think for dinner, I'm going to sautee some tilapia, put it over a bed of baby greens, then top with the leftover Cowboy Caviar, and a few pieces of avacado. Gotta use up that salsa!
Is there, still a summer? I'm staying home again, today,as it is just too cold! With one lung, when, I walk outside, it sucks my breath away! Fun, heh? It will get better, I'm sure, just hope they don't have to come and take me away, away........ha

Good Evening Everyone! I didn't do any better today with my eating.....so here it goes...oh yeah Sharon...Smartfood is a cheddar coated popcorn...deelish, but kernels are very big...sometimes trouble.

still more...couple hours of tv left for the night....in my defense (not an excuse)...worried about my Mom, she goes for major surgery nest week......I'm 43, so she's not a spring chicken anymore........

Post work-out: Hot Coco made with Elite Chocloate Mint protein powder and warm water. Yum!
Breakfast: 4 oz hamburger patty topped with small amount of grilled mushrooms and onions.
Lunch: Cottage cheese, peaches, and a few sprinkles of Go Lean Crunch for crunch.
S: SF popsicle
D: 3 oz of pork chop (bread crumbs coated and sauteed in olive oil) and small serving of sauteed veggies (purple onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, and garlic)
Water: 100 oz!
