SHOUT OUT, for FOOD!
Vicki, so pleased to see someone else like me who gets their morning protein entirely from coffees! I am not sure what a "dolce" latte is but I have skinny lattes for B and S!!
How healthily do you choose these days? I am afraid that most days I don't even think about the "good" choice - I just have a small amount of whatever is on offer. I suppose I really ought to do a few days checking just to see if I am getting nutrients in - but I feel and look healthy so i probalby am!

Hi Kate,
There is no other breakfast, is there?
You know, I don't count calories or nutrients, but I do still focus on the protein first and taking all my vitamins and whatever I am doing, it is working. I just got my labs back - my protein level is 7.9 (the patient advocate was raving about my protein level!) and my cholesterol level is awesome.
The only maybe negative (if I am reading it right) is my vitamin D is slightly low. Hmmmm, the "sunshine vitamin" low during the winter on someone who lives in Seattle......
Take care,
Vicki
We had 50 degree weather yesterday...no wonder everyone is sick...temps are going to drop today!
B: 1 packet oatmeal/3 strips of ready to serve bacon
L: 1 cup (yes I measured it!) of chili
S: 100 calorie snack pack
D: 1 hot dog no bun topped with chili (again)
S: lite cool whip w/natural pb mixed in
I haven't had much of an appetite these past couple days. Mostly not being hungry between meals. Even after the fill I seemed to get the hungries. What I have been trying to do is add more protein and likely that's the culprit.
Your support is always appreciated Sharon! I bought Hoffman's this week because the store was out of ballpark. I buy what the kids like. I did see that Ball Park had turkey ones, I bought them, opened them so my DD could have one and then I never tried one myself! I threw them out. I'll have to try them again sometime.
