Daytona's on, what to eat????
Back to some solid food on Sunday (since I'm posting Monday!) Still noticing the tightness so I was very careful.
No breakfast
L: chili
D: 1/2 cup chili over a hot dog w/mustard, no bun
S: 3/4 cup of cottage cheese dessert
I was home all day and cannot believe that I wasn't a grazing cow...weekends can be like that for me. Took a 2 hour nap with DH in the afternoon, that was nice.
