HI Sharon. Had a sweet tooth today...I've done pretty good with that lately...but today it nailed me.
early: Slim Fast low carb shake
B: 3 crackers w/natural peanut butter / 1 serving canned mandarin oranges
L: 1/2 cup chicken salad / 1/4 cup cottage cheese / a few pretzels
reese peanut butter heart (my weakness)
D: Lean cuisine butternut squash ravioli, I ate the ravioli and some of the veggies but threw most of it out.
Making cookies for my daughters class for tomorrow (Pillsbury ones you just put on the cookie pan and bake...I'm lazy) I've eaten 2 of them.
Tomorrow is a new day, I'll make a huge effort to leave the chocolate alone.
Have a good night.
What is it about Chocolate and Peanut butter.....it's a brutal combo and so hard to resist. And dip a few pretzels in chocolate and it's a whole new battle. And to top it off, they make peanut butter filled pretzels....Holy Crap....where does it end???? OK enough whining from me!
B: W/C oatmeal
L: 2 slices of chicken and 3 oz f/f pineapple cottage cheese.
D: Very thin crust pizza (Freschetta) Pretty band friendly and not too much!
S: A handful of chips (baked not fried) - tortilla!
.......and then, I tossed in the glass of wine!
Good night!!
It poured all day in New York and washed away yesterday's snow. If it had stayed cold we would have been shoveling out from a blizzard. At least rain doesn't have to be shoveled.
brunch: hot tea with lemon, one cheese blintz
snack: snack size bag of Joseph's sugar free cookies
dinner: crab cake, sugar snap peas (steamed) little bit of white rice
dessert: sugar free lime jello
Since I got a late start today I may have a small piece of chicken from my crockpot in about an hour...
