Thanks to all who psoted their experiences about being tight! It all seems fine now! I am still tighter than i have ever been and am now wondering whether I have actually made my journey harder than it needed to be. I have just had 4 mouthfuls of a vegetable "finger" (chopped veg in breadcrumbs) and there is no way I could eat more. I have ALWAYS been able to eat more than that! When I said I had good restriction - to me that meant that if I chose solid protein first, I got full before I moved on to the next bit. But I could alwasy eat more than 4 mouthfuls. Now before this last fill, these veggie fingers were one of my "easy-to-eat" foods and I could eat a full 4 fingers (about 150 cals worth altogether). Does this mean I have lost 100% excess weight without being fully restricted????????? Kate

Well, Kate, to me, it sounds like the whole time you weere losing, you were eating healthy, and losing fine! I could not lose, if I was too, tight! You need to eat, and get the nutrition, you need, to stay healthy. To ME you sound too, tight, now. Just my opinion, hon!

I agree with Sharon. Sounds to me as though you had good/optimal restriction when you could eat a healthy variety of food and still lose weight. If you can only eat 4 bites of food - you sound too tight. But that is my non-professional opinion.

You may well be right, ladies! I am going to give it a few more days and see what happens. I certainly don't want to be uncomfortabel or put my band at risk! As i am now eating, I don't feel the need to take any urgent action! So - it's wait and see! Kate

IMO you are fine--unless you are unable to eat solid food. For now you're just at your "sweet spot" It won't last much more than a week.
