Thanks to all who psoted their experiences about being tight! It all seems fine now! I am still tighter than i have ever been and am now wondering whether I have actually made my journey harder than it needed to be.
I have just had 4 mouthfuls of a vegetable "finger" (chopped veg in breadcrumbs) and there is no way I could eat more. I have ALWAYS been able to eat more than that! When I said I had good restriction - to me that meant that if I chose solid protein first, I got full before I moved on to the next bit. But I could alwasy eat more than 4 mouthfuls. Now before this last fill, these veggie fingers were one of my "easy-to-eat" foods and I could eat a full 4 fingers (about 150 cals worth altogether).
Does this mean I have lost 100% excess weight without being fully restricted?????????
