What's good at the "Island Diner!"
I'm late, but here it is:
early: Slim Fast low carb shake
B: 1 packet of oatmeal
L: 2 oz chicken salad / couple bites of cottage cheese / few pretzels
S: 1 piece of cheese / few more pretzels
D: 1 pie wedge size of a dish I made that was taco meat, salsa and cornbread mix. I ate the entire piece but then thought that it really wasn't a huge amount.
later: ice cream
Feeling like this fill has really loosened up, but then again, I'm not quite sure. My weight is down so maybe I need to just relax!
