Well, what's on the stove......
I'll answer you, now, hon, I only have a minute! Michael, is anxiously awaiting me to wash, and cut his hair! ha If you're cooking on the grill, use heavy duty foil, spray it with Pam, cut the potatoes, in half, or fours, and toss in a bowl, with a litle EVOO, and a seasoning, like Mrs. Dash, or grill seasoning, anything you like, plus red, or white, onion slices. Wrap in the foil, and put it on the grill, and about 15-20 minutes, they'll be yummy!
I hate the cold and New York is nothing compared to your weather!
Brunch: tuna salad, macaroni salad and hot tea
Dinner: quiche lorraine, string beans, no sugar added apple sauce.
Snack: Jospeh's sugar-free cookies - brownie flavor - one serving
That hot chocolate sounds good right now. I think I'm going to join you!
Sharon, your wind and cold temp**** us yesterday! It was white out conditions for most of the day. Went to the grocery store and on the way home a NJ driver had an accident. Guess he figured the roads weren't all that bad! NOT! Glad I have my Jeep!
B: 1 packet oatmeal
L: None really, out grocery shopping, supposed to be on mushies but not feeling super swelled so I had 2 little popcorn chicken pieces my son was eating. A McDonalds fruit & yogurt parfait, picked the fruit out, not much yogurt left after that. Then I picked at some Cheerios snack mix on the way home. Didn't have too much.
D: sloppy joe mix, about 1/4 cup atop a spoon of mashed potatoes
later, lite cool whip mixed w/natural peanut butter, about 3/4 cup.
Wow, sorry about the weather! There's more coming, hon! I love those parfaits, at M- D's! Don't you do well, with fruit, honey? if I HAVE to eat at MC-D's, I get a GRILLED Asian chicken salad, w/LC Sesame, Ginger dressing, and a parfait, and it really isn't bad as far as calories. Total 550 calories. Your Cool whip, and PB, sounds good, never tried that! YET! ha
