Well, what's on the stove......
Hi guys! Happy Sunday! I've been out just once, all this past week! This weather HAS to go! It's -4, WC, of -30, and now up to 6 more inches of snow, coming tomorrow! We are still digging out from 17, this week! ha Come stay by me, in Wi.!
B: gr tea, V-8, WC oatmeal, 1 slice toast
L: leftover chili, a few crackers
D: crock, veggies, chicken, and noodles in LF gravy
S: SF hot chocolate, and a couple SF cookies
mega water!

I cannot imagine living in that cold - I would die!!!!!! I am out here in Seattle complaining about only getting up to the mid-40s during the day. I am such a wuss.....
B: Skinny cinnamon dolce latte (do I sound like a broken record every day?)
S: nonfat, no whip, spicy cinnamon mocha (hey, I branched out on this one but too many calories so this is a "treat")
L: shredded beef - about 1-2 ounces
D: we haven't had it yet, but we are ordering pizza
Vicki, no one, can be more of a broken record, than me! EVERY am, gr. tea, and V-8, and 90% of my breakfasts, are WC oatmeal, w/ blueberries! I get those blueberries, every day! We ALL need a treat now and then! I eat extra thin, low carb pizza, from one place around here. It's still bad for you, but I will NOT stop my pizza! ha Have a good evening, in your heat wave!

I love Dr. Oz when he is on Oprah and I have read his books. I think a lot of what he says makes sense.
He really believes that people who eat the SAME THING every morning have better weight loss than those that don't.
I also think it adds no stress to the day. You get up, you know what you are having. It's a no-brainer.
I'm an oatmeal girl too!

I've seen several studies that indicate people who eat the same meals on a regular basis lose and maintain much better. For example - Jennifer Aniston ate the same lunch every day all those years on Friends. I need to get back in a routine myself.
Today was meatloaf day and maybe some other things that I brought back from Ireland... The rest of the Whiskey Fudge goes to work tomorrow for the guys.
Sharon....You've got an open invitation to come to NY anytime!!! It's not too warm today (very windy and a little dusting of snow,) but nothing like you're experiencing!

I love Michael, bunches, but a week, together, 24/7, and being (VERY), patient, with him, with his illness, and even in a very large apartment, it is WAY, too, crowded! ha May take you up on the offer! lol Would you believe, 8 more inches, coming tonight! I'm beginning to think, Lake Michigan, is not a good thing to live by! After, 20 years! ha

I had cereal this morning and a latte about noon.
1/2 of a wrap, got a bit stuck on the tortilla so didn't fini****
We're fixing rib-eyes tonight (I'll have about 2-3 oz.), sauteed mushrooms, steamed veggies and I got some red potatoes.
Sharon, what could I do with those small red potatoes that wouldn't be too high calorie???
I fixed Bob a little spicy shrimp ****tail to have with his glass of wine while he's watching football. I had 2 shrimp!
