Recipe...not sure if that has been posted?
My sister makes this for my nephew. The cottage cheese gives this some good protein!
1 small container of cottage cheese
1 pkg of orange jello (I'd use sugar free)
1 container of cool whip (I'd use Lite or fat free)
1 lg can of mandarin oranges - drained very well.
Mix the cottage cheese, jello and oranges together til mixed well...add the cool whip. Chill.
I'm going to try to 1/2 that because nobody in my family likes cottage cheese and it would go to waste, but I'm thinking it would be a nice after dinner snack (since I seem to get the snackies then!)
