I've been making wraps for us since we are on WW. I found a whole wheat tortilla that is low carb and actually ZERO points.
I load it up with sliced turkey, a few shreds of low fat cheddar/jack, shredded lettuce, a few diced olives, halved grape tomatoes, pepperoncinis, diced red onion, and 1 T. of light ranch. I then spray the mixture with my Balsamic salad dressing. Wrap it up and enjoy!
For those of you who are tight, the tortilla may not work. Sometimes I start out with the tortilla and end up opening it up and eating the stuff out.

Hope the weather gets better for you people in Wisconsin.. (sigh). We had some wet snow 2day but didn't amount to anything.. Did I tell ya I am waiting patiently for the Spring to come?
