Hon, I can't get them, at our local store, but I get them from Peapod, They have Sesame Chicken, Southwestern, chicken, and 3 or 4 others. They are SO good! 2 little wheat wraps, and all that go into them, and a SF jello. 240 calories, 24grms protein! Refrigerated, not frozen! Your lunch sounded really good! We have an Applebee's right down the street! Be nice, if we could get to our car! ha
Hi Sharon - sorry about all of the snow! It was 70 degrees today! I looked up peapod.com but it is not available in my area. I had a really bad food day - really bad so, I am not posting what I ate today. But, tomorrow I am starting to write everything down again and I have my plan for tomorrow all ready. Have a good night!
Aw, honey! Tomorrow will be better! 70 degrees?!?! Wow! ha I ordered that book, "The Thin Commandments, " today! I think it will be interesting! I want to try writing down, what I eat, too! I don't usually graze, but, I'm notorious, for popping things into my mouth, while I'm cooking! I cook, everyday, but one a week, 3 meals, a day! That's a LOT of cooking! ha
Another not so hungry day today but I ate anyway. We started the day with pouring rain, flood watch in effect til tomorrow morning and tonight...I came home to our deck being a glare of ice. I didn't fall though because my considerate 12 year old called me to tell me to be careful! Awwwww...he loves his mom!
B: 1 packet of oatmeal / 1 prune
L: 1/2 cup of turkey chili / some fritos (didn't count them)
S: 1 cheese stick
D: 1 small piece of haddock / 3 french fries and 1 fork of peas (my fish fought me on the 1st bite so I had to wait for it to go down, but was able to fini****) The size was about the same as a McDonalds fish filet.
Breakfast: Oh Yeah peanut butter-chocolate protein bar with coffee
Lunch: 1/2 a roast beef sandwich with 1/4 c. kettle potato chips
Snack: wine
Dinner: 6 corn tortilla chips with 1 T. ground beef/salsa on each; topped with 1/3 c. WW cheese and zapped; then topped with 1/4 avocado thinly sliced
Doubt I'll have a snack. Early night. I have faculty meeting tomorrow a.m. bright and early!
Please keep the Atkins, Highland, Clinton storm victims in your thoughts and prayers. Very tragic.
