GREAT LUNCH!

Hubby is working a swing shift this week, so I stayed home from work with him and we slept in and went to lunch. Since we're both on WW, we went to Applebee's. I had the Talapia with rice and veggies and a corn salsa on the top. Hubby had the Portabello steak thing, with red potatoes and veggies. His lunch was 7 points, mine was 6, and I didn't finish mine. We split the 4 point chocolate raspberry cake! Yum! BTW, he has moved his belt over 2 notches and is down 20 pounds as of this morning!!

I have always wanted to try the talapia but I am always afraid of seafood when I go out. But, you have convinced me to try it the next time. Glad you were able to spend some time with your hubby today!

Hi Nancy! congrats to your husband losing 20lbs! I have a question for you that I was hoping you would help me with. I am needing a fill and was thinking about following the points system. I tried WW i dont know how many times but could never stick with it. I cant find my books and I know I can look up points on DWLZ.com (great site) However I cant find how many points I am allowed to have a day. If you dont mind can you let me know what a 215lb female is allowed a day? Thank you soo much! Barbara

It's based on your activity level too, but it looks like you would be around 24 points. I'll check my book when I get home. You also get 35 additional points per week to spend how you want them.
