I rememberrd hearing that the gut was like a second brain and that is why we get feelings and reactions in our gut to the things we go through. I think what we have been witnessing here lately is a very disturbing indication of what could happen with surgeries that interfere with the natural functioning of the digestive system. I gotta do some more research as that was just a quick article that I pulled up.
