update on tekymom

I just got a message from her mother. They removed her band and did a revision to bypass. She is very upset that she had to lose her band, but greatful that there is another tool for her to use. Mom said that everything went well. I will post more when I know. Please keep Laura in your prayers. She is a very sweet dear friend. Thank you. B

Thanks Sharon, the prayers must have worked because they were afraid if the tissue was too damaged, they wouldn't be able to do it. She is now a RNYer, but she will always be a bandster--the band gave her her life back! I have personally watched her confidence grow!

Wow - I am sorry she lost her band. I didn't even know she was having problems. I am glad she was able to have the revision.
