Ok, Sweeties, what's good?
Well, we're ALL back in the old routine, (except Chelle), ha, so, hope you're having a good Monday!
B: gr tea, V-8, ate out, and had two poached eggs, 1 piece crisp bacon, and raisin toast!
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich, w/swiss,spicy mustard, and lettuce, 4 baked chips SF caramel pudding
D: low carb rotini, with green and red peppers, onion's, fresh mushrooms, garlic, and tomatoes. Oh, yeah, some parmeseano, reggiano, cheese, LF. ha
S: a few pretzels
lots of water!

I'm testing myself today and I agree, a fill is due. I went to my thyroid doctor and found out in the 3 months since my last visit and upping my meds to 150 mcg per day, my thyroid has gone from underactive to OVERactive! Get that!! I told her that I would like to leave it that way so I could possibly lose some weight, I laughed and so did she because we both knew that can't happen. So they lowered me to 125mcg a day to see if that helps.
B: 1 packet oatmeal
S: 2 ounces of canned chicken (here is where I see I eat too much, I can eat the whole can now....when I was losing well the 2 ounces was all I could do) I had 1 piece of cheese with the chicken
L: Lean cuisine spa line, I ate probably 1/2 of it, 5 crackers w/a little hummus
S: another piece of cheese/rice cakes
D: sloppy joe no bun, a tbsp of corn and a spoon of mashed potatoes

Well, my DH is working an afternoon shift for a few weeks (boo-hoo), and my older son went out to eat, and the younger one ate after school.....so no cooking for me!
I ended up with a few bites of leftover Cowboy caviar, some chips, a bit of cottage cheese, and a glass of wine
Breakfast was oatmeal, coffee
1/2 burrito from Taco Bell for lunch
NOT my best eating day!!!
