Well, we're ALL back in the old routine, (except Chelle), ha, so, hope you're having a good Monday! B: gr tea, V-8, ate out, and had two poached eggs, 1 piece crisp bacon, and raisin toast! L: 1/2 turkey sandwich, w/swiss,spicy mustard, and lettuce, 4 baked chips SF caramel pudding D: low carb rotini, with green and red peppers, onion's, fresh mushrooms, garlic, and tomatoes. Oh, yeah, some parmeseano, reggiano, cheese, LF. ha S: a few pretzels lots of water! make it a good one!

B: - 1 egg, crisp English Muffin L: 1 Pt. Hot & Sour Soup D: 1/2 pork chop, 1/2 sweet potato, couple of spoons of frozen corn from my garden. Man, pre-op, I never ate a 1/2 of anything in my life! That word was not even in my vocabulary!!

I guess you're part of the Sweeties, aren't ya! ha You know you're included, Ron! I understand about eating 1/2 of something! Instead of a half sandwich, I used to eat two whole ones! BIG ones, plus chips, and a dessert! Wow!

I'm so sweet they call me "SPLENDA"! I think the only thing I ever ate half of was a small PIG!!!

Revision on 11/24/15
I'm testing myself today and I agree, a fill is due. I went to my thyroid doctor and found out in the 3 months since my last visit and upping my meds to 150 mcg per day, my thyroid has gone from underactive to OVERactive! Get that!! I told her that I would like to leave it that way so I could possibly lose some weight, I laughed and so did she because we both knew that can't happen. So they lowered me to 125mcg a day to see if that helps. B: 1 packet oatmeal S: 2 ounces of canned chicken (here is where I see I eat too much, I can eat the whole can now....when I was losing well the 2 ounces was all I could do) I had 1 piece of cheese with the chicken L: Lean cuisine spa line, I ate probably 1/2 of it, 5 crackers w/a little hummus S: another piece of cheese/rice cakes D: sloppy joe no bun, a tbsp of corn and a spoon of mashed potatoes Feeling like a pig today!

Sorry, hon, I don't feel you're eating too much, but that's just ME!~ Maintaining, is different, plus, I always ate more than most. I would not be real tight! You know what is right for you!

Well, my DH is working an afternoon shift for a few weeks (boo-hoo), and my older son went out to eat, and the younger one ate after school.....so no cooking for me! I ended up with a few bites of leftover Cowboy caviar, some chips, a bit of cottage cheese, and a glass of wine Breakfast was oatmeal, coffee 1/2 burrito from Taco Bell for lunch NOT my best eating day!!!

Ron is really right about fractions. I didn't know what they were before surgery! Breakfast: Target's Cinnimon (sp) Protein Cereal (Archer brand) Lunch: 1/2 size salad from Abblebees with grilled chicken Dinner: Wendy's Small chili Only ate 1/2 plain baked potato 1/4 That's all so far...
