Exercise for Monday

Today I drove for an hour to the Cliffs of Moher, and walked up and down and all around. It was glorious and wet and cold and I loved every second of it. Hopefully my pics will come out nicely. Someone took a photo of me, and I was wearing 2 layers of clothes and a hooded sweatshirt and a two layer raincoat. I am sure I looked svelte in the photo - NOT!

I am just off for a jog down to the beach. First time I have hit the footpath for a while so I'm going to take it easy this morning. I need to get myself back on track with exercising. It's all been a bit hit and miss so far. January has been such a crap month... so new month... new start. I'm also ringing up today and organising a fill.

I am soooooooooo jealous!
Well, not a big exercise day per se, but I did get back to my regular walk to and from the bus stop (about 15 minutes combined). But, I moved offices at work today, so walked back and forth as I moved stuff from my office on 16 to the new office on 8 - NO, I did not do the stairs! - but there was a lot of walking.
Not back to yoga yet, the knee wasn't quite ready. Maybe this week....
