I watched her show yesterday and she made a catfish dish that looked so good
She had a ziplock bag with buttermilk. Her fish steaks were sprinkled with Cajun spice then tossed in the bag for 10 mins. Then she rolled them in Corn Flake crumbs, sprayed them with Pam and baked them for 15 mins. It looked impressive.
Id like to try this with some chicken tenders...but I only have raisan bran or honey bunches with almonds in the house....LOL

I love, love love to watch TV in my bedroom... but, I always get an intruder, either Mike wants to watch football or golf, or the cat meows in demand for yet another meal!

I will be anxious for those, I love crock pot cooking and use mine twice a week
