GREAT salmon marinade

4 or 5 salmon steaks (I use frozen from Costco)
whisk marinade:
2 T. Dijon mustard
3 T. soy sauce
6 T. olive oil (it's a lot, but there will be a lot left on the platter)
3 diced garlic cloves
drizzle of honey
Pour 2/3 marinade over salmon and let marinate in a casserole dish for 15 minutes. Grill for 5 minutes per side. When removed and onto a platter, top with remaining marinade and cover with foil for a few minutes.
I served with wild rice and steamed veggies.
