OT Did the Groundhog See His Shadow?

Well I just want to know if we are having 6 more weeks of winter or if Spring will come early this year. The famous groundhop - Punxatauney Phil says 6 more weeks while Marverne Mel here on Long Island is saying Spring will be here soon. Which ugly rodent is right???

Phil's prediction is the only one I refer to, since he's the original "weather prognosticating groundhog." (We have Connecticut Chuck here.) According to Phil, it is six more weeks of winter. I'm sick to death of the cold weather. We don't even have any real snow to speak of, just cold and wind. YUCK! Cindy

I think I was oblivious to Winter this year. I love that we haven't had much snow. I could live without the nasty cold wet weather so I wouldn't be dissapointed if Mel is right!!

Yup, old, Phil, says "6," more weeks! YUK!~We go by Phil, but being in Wi., we ALWAYS have 6 more weeks! ha
