Hot Time, in the ...Kitchen?
Hi Sharon - your popcorn sounds soooo good. Might have to make some later...
B: one egg and one slice of bacon on one slice of rye toast
L: a little of this and a little of that... poor planning on my part
D: a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios - weird craving I have been having so I went out to the market to buy a box because I don't keep cereal in the house.
S: diet rootbeer with no sugar added vanilla ice cream float

Beth,
Sometimes it's just better to satisfy those cravings, or you'll just keep thinking about them. Besides, that was a pretty harmless one!
I remember eating dry sugared cereal right out of the box when I was younger. Anyone remember Quisp???? I can also eat Oh's right out of the box. I cannot have them in my house....
I don't remember Quisp but that doesn't mean there wasn't such a thing! I didn't realize it but when I was little my parents were very poor so we never got sugary cereals or had any junky foods in the house because they couldn't afford it. I didn't think Cheerios were a bad choice either especially since they help to lower cholesterol.

This really ages us I guess. Quisp had the little martian guy on the box and the cereal was little flying saucers.
I loved Captain Crunch too. I ate so much of it dry, it would make the roof of my mouth raw.
Speaking of the 70's...Did you ever use "Gee your hair smells terrific" shampoo? My gosh, I loved that stuff. It was intoxicating!!
I can top ALL of you! ha I used to have a "Crackle," puppet, you, know "Snap, Crackle, and Pop?" I ordered it from saturday morning's show, "Sky King!" Anyone ever hear of that?! Shoot, Beth, we used to have a girl, on here, who ate those Honey Nut Cheerios, all the way too, goal! She thought they were a nutritional snack! Really!
