I'm early, but what's on the table today?
Busy, busy! 8 inches more of snow, and found out our complex has been sold, So.....never ends! ha Chelle, you have a great trip, and we will ALL be thinking of you!B: gr tea, WC oatmeal, w/ blueberries
L: turkey burger, cottage cheese, grape tomatoes
D: ordering in, ground sirloin, steamed veggie casserole, and baked pot.
S: skinny cow, sandwich
AND, all the water I can drink! You all know around 100oz!~

Ok I am just thinking about the trip and packing and not eating well. And I hear that all they eat in Ireland is stew, potatoes, whiskey fudge and Guinness. It's gonna be a great trip!
Well, have a great time at dinner, hon! By the way, the meatball recipe, is for 20 meatballs! I almost think, I'd sweat the onions first, or use dried onion flakes, next time.
Yeah, I don't want to think about moving, we've lived here, for 20 years! It was just Rob, and me, before, I married Michael! We can survive, a rent increase, BUT, they say this owner, is a real, *rick!~Oooops!!
Breakfast: Gnu and coffee with creamer
Lunch: Leftover meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans
Snack: Mint Chocolate Chip protein shake
Dinner: Mexican - chips and cheese dip (just a few were enough to make it nearly impossible to eat my meal), shrimp/chicken/steak fajitas with poblano peppers, bacon, and cheese, a few bites of beans/rice. Didn't touch the homemade flour tortillas which are DIVINE! Brought almost all of it home to Mikel.
Crappy, icy day here. I did manage to get to work, only 4 of us showed up...the other half didn't come in. It was nice actually...I like the quiet.

B: oatmeal and 2 prunes
L: Lean Cuisine - chicken/edamame and broccoli, didn't eat the spaghetti that came in it.
S: South beach high protein bar
D: 1 chicken patty dipped in hot sauce and a few shredded potatoes. I didn't feel like cooking tonight so dinner was blah.
Weigh in tomorrow....I won't get too excited...I'm sure I'm going to see that dreaded number again. Kind of looking forward to friday because I hope he fills me to the point where I was when I was losing so well for 8 months after surgery. I think I need that as obviously I've figured out how to maintain my weight. We'll see!
