What a day. I got my last Supartz knee shot this morning, went to work, went for an unfill of 1cc (now I am at 4.5cc in my VG band), came home and gave myself the B12 shot. But then I rode my trusty recumbent bike for 45 minutes and 10 miles. Woohoo! Did you move today?

I moved! I moved! I swear Chelle - I have been in a funk for about a week and I forced myself to exercise the past three days and the fog is clearing. I went for 1, 2, 3, yes that is 3 miles tonight on the treadmill. Who would have ever thought that I could run THREE miles! It just seems so amazing to me.

I'm going to do my recumbent bike as soon as I get off this computer... The only moving I did today was shopping with my daughter.

I can say yes!!!!!! My knee is finally better (not 100% but better). I went for my full 1 hour 4+ mile walk today! It felt so good - cold, but good.

Vicki, that is great! Are you back to yoga as well? Hope the knee gets to 100% soon.

Keep our fingers crossed....assuming I don't wake up with a swollen knee after my long walk today, I am going back to yoga tomorrow! I am going to do a one hour class and see how that goes. I'll probably have to make some adjustments, but that's okay. If all goes well, I'll try to get back to my regular three times a week with yoga. I have really missed yoga so I hope this works.

Nope, didn't get any exercise at all. I'm getting a cold (maybe with fever) and I just feel soooo tired. I even went at lunch and took a nap in my car today! I know if I exercise I'll only get worse. Thus ends my *whine* for the day.

During all of the things going on here, the last week, I did half hearted exercises, but am now back to normal, with the chair, and band and weights! i swear, it's like most of the ppl, I know have knee problems! Hope your's, really feels better, now, hon!~We have 8 more inches of snow, and it's still coming !~ ha
