Can Someone Kick Me in the Rear?

And then pat me on the head and say "there there"? The hormones won today I've been fighting the cravings for about a week, and finally gave in. I keep telling myself that pre-band, what I had today wouldn't have even counted as a snack, but I'm irritiated. Breakfast was my typical shake Lunch was a single beef taco, and a handful of chips and salsa Dinner was a cup of egg drop soup, 5 crab puffs, a pork dumpling and a piece of egg fu young (about 3" in diameter) And then a box of russel stover sf chocolates - 7 pieces worth But, the cravings for salt and sugar and fat have been chased away. I really don't remember my hormones making me want to eat like this. ~sighs~

Oh honey... it's ok! We all have moments where we want something bad! It's when it happens all day long, or several days in a row (or longer) that it becomes a problem! You chased away those demons so relax and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

Okay, consider yourself kicked in the tushy! Feel better? Okay, here is the reality. You DO NOT have to be a perfect band patient to be a successful band patient. When I do seminars for my doctor, I often tell people, "I am not a perfect patient - just a 'good enough' patient." Don't beat yourself up.

Wendy, hope you feel better, this am! We're ALL the same, there are no perfect Bandsters, no matter WHAT they say! ha I've been very upset over different things, lately, and have been, up the BAD side, and then down, to where I don't eat at all! But hey, it WORKS, just look at ALL of us, here, we are so much better off, then when we started! Have a great Friday, hon!: kiss:
