A dog that wont give up its bone

The last few days every time I come to the boards there is DS caused problems. What is the deal with these people? Are they a cult? Cause I would probably drink the koolaid Jim Jones handed out before I would hang out with these people. (Ms. Calculator, Leanne, Valgroce)...give it a rest already.

I had to go look, and I sure agree! What a bunch! I'm sure they lurk here, too, so I may get flamed, but it's true!

I just can't believe that it continues to go on and on and on and on... when will it ever stop? One of the reasons I barely go over there anymore. On another note - how is school going?

School is going fine. I am giving a lap band presentation next Thursday in front of 50 ppl. The nurse at Dr. Billy's office was nice enough to mail me a band to use for the project! I have to guard it with my life and mail it back. I took the first two tests this week and did o.k. So test apprehension has at least been dealt with. The hardest part of school has been the weather for the commute. It has snowed every day and the stretch of road between Carson and Reno gets closed now and again and I wonder how I am going to get home...lol.

I bet the drive can be treacherous at times on the road around the bends, curves and up and down those hills. Just be careful and take your time - I remember that wind can be quite gusty.

Today's thread is actually quite comical. I think the folks on the LB board are having some fun with it and not taking it seriously. Probaby a good way to discourage future visits from DS'ers.

Why am I always surprised when these same people keep coming back to the LB board?

I think that the rapid weight loss must do something to their brains. They must get light headed and the lack of oxygen must alter their brains making them love drama so much...

I went over and peeked at a few threads and we got called "junkyard dogs". Wow...never had been called one of those before. But I did get a rockin' recipe for Buffalo chicken soup....let me know if you're interested! I don't think it'll give us the ****s! Have a great day friends.

I just went to the Lap band and DS boards to see what was up. Goodness gracious me. I guess if this place wasn't here I would have disappeared by now. I hope the people I recommended OH to don't come here (there) now. I guess people are people wherever you are. Sharyn
