Hi, sweetie, I'm back now, thank you for doing the posting, for me. It is appreciated. Wow, I haven't had a protein bar, in 3 years! Sounds pretty good! B: gr tea, V-8, then went out, and had 1/2 ham, cheese, tomatoe omlette, and 1 piece of raisin toast L: other half of omlette, and 3 grape tomatoes D: Baked catfish, probably, 1/2 mashed pot. cake, cauliflower S: small bowl cold protein cereal, w/ 1% milk 100 oz water Hope you have a great day!

early: Kashi Go Lean protein shake (nutritionist told me about) mixed w/1% milk 11 am: 1/4 cup egg salad/4 kashi crackers Lunch: Lean Cuisine spa meal Dinner: Not sure, my kids want spaghetti, I will have something else. Maybe some more Taco soup!!

Not very hungry. Had a hard time eating anything. Breakfast: Cranberry Orange Gnu bar with coffee Lunch: 1/2 c. penne pasta dish from last night Snack: coffee with creamer Dinner: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, and creamed corn (obviously I'll concentrate on the meatloaf and green beans, but I will have a bite or two potatoes and corn)

Today was a pretty good day! Breakfast: I crepe with cottage cheese and 1/2 of a banana Lunch: 1/2 cup of chili at Chili's with a small house salad Dinner: small serving of teryaki chicken and veggies and a no sugar added chocolate pudding for dessert. That's all folks!

Cereal with 1/2 banana, latte A bit of teriyaki chicken, few bites of rice, veggies popcorn Fiber One bar ...here's where it goes a bit downhill. Dinner at Costco! I figured my best choice would be a hot dog, with most of the bread torn away. I am enjoying a couple of glasses of wine, while the humorous AND frustrating show of putting this new TV and all it's 5,000 wires back together.
