Tonight I decided to "clean out" the leftovers from my refrigerator. I was stupid - I should have just thrown them out. I ate 3 day old boneless ribs and vegetable chow mein. I have PB'd tonight 3 times. I thing that is about as much as I did in the last year!
I think you're right.....Chinese food is difficult sometimes when it's fresh, but when it's leftover....Watch Out!!!
Don't even take up the room in your fridge.....just toss it!
