Energy levels are very down here but I'll do the stairs at work again today and if it stops raining I'll go for a walk tonight. I'm using my pedometer now too. Happy exercising everyone Sharyn

Hey! Sharyn! I am so sorry about all of the stress and sadness in your heart right now. May you be given peace and light. I ran 4.5 miles in 54is minutes and burned a little over 700 calories. I also cleaned house.

I've gotten my rear in gear this year, so I'm excited about what I've done - 32 of elliptical, 33 stationary bike, and 2 sets of abd crunches (12 reps at 70 lbs).

I did an hour of physical therapy in the morning, and 45 minutes with 10.1 miles on the recumbent bike in the evening.
