We miss you Sharon! Fiber One cereal with 1/2 sliced banana Turkey sandwich on 45 cal. per slice bread, with tomato, pickle, onion, lettuce Grilled pork chops and green salad for dinner. Maybe a few sweet potato oven fries Have a great day everyone!

I'm so not hungry today....don't know why. Here is is after noon and all I've had is 4 bites of homemade chili with two tortilla chips, 1 t. sour cream, and a few sprinkles of cheese. I had a small bowl made, but I just threw it out. Couldn't eat it. Dinner...more chili, I guess.

BTW "15 lbs away from understanding you" PRICELESS!!!! I love you :o*) B. 2 cups of coffee I put some sweet potato,carrots and onion in my crockpot with some chipolte seasoning, I just had it for lunch, sooo good. I sweated some onion and cut up boneless chicken breast cooked it, added a can of corn, and a couple packets of brown gravy mix, I will pour a corn muffin mix over the top and bake, this is for the guys. I am out as soon as the last DC kid leaves me!!!

Ugh... I am pre-tom and I swear I want to eat everything in sight. I start out so well and then BAM all heck breaks loose. B: cereal and milk L: 1/4 C taco soup, 1/2 of a cottage cheese double S: Had a meeting this afternoon and force feed myself all kinds of chocolate D: chicken parm Why do I get like this every month???????? I want chocolate by IV drip!!!

b-zone bar snack-cracker size cheese slices/100 cal pac of baked ranch ritz L-{I was starving today..not sure why}...green salad, bowl of split pea w/ham D-ended up eating a few oven baked fries I had made for the family...that wasnt planned and I am going to stop there.

Let's see...today B... choclate pb protein shake... L...3 ritz crackers with peanut butter S... small slice cheese D... mexican stuff... hamburger, beans, cheese, salsa...(all the fixens for a taco...but no shells...) but only 30 oz of liquid...
