Sunday Exercise - come on and post!

I went walking around the outlet mall just to see how my knee would hold up and it was fine. Then I rode the exercise bike for 45 minutes and 10.2 miles! Time to relax now...

I just got in from my brother's (New Jersey). I haven't done a darn thing exercise wise today. Guess I will have to start again tomorrow. I am so glad that your knee feels better. Great job on the 10.2 miles on your bike!!

So glad your knee feels better, hon! Just did my usual, chair, band, and weights! I don't mind doing them, in the am, but before, bed, sometimes, I have to force myself! ha Makes me sleep good, though!

I didn't sleep well last night, due to coughing again. It's so hard to tell whether it's a cold or the band. So no eating for the rest of the night and lots of water.

oo oo oo, I actually did some. Beginners Zumba and abs buns and thighs, about 1 hr all together.
