What's on the menu, for Sunday?!
Very busy day, but wanted to see how we're all doing!
B: gr tea, V-8, oatmeal, w/ blueberries, 1 toast
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich, w/swiss, grape tomatoes, Applesauce Deluxe
D: part of cornish hen, tad of mashed potato puff, I made for Michael, and mashed cauliflower.
S: popcorn, if I'm home in time!
ton of water!

Since I PBed dinner last night I went on liquids until dinner tonight.
B: 16 oz of DD coffee and 16 oz. strawberry CIB with 1 % milk
S: Dannon light and fit yogurt smoothie (that was pretty good)
L: 16 oz of 1% milk
D: a little bit of moist meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and a smig of corn
Lots of juice and water throughout the day - no sign on tightness because of that DARN chicken last night!
B: Bottle of water and 2 donut holes (snack at sunday school)
L: Went to China Town Buffett and really tried to be good. I ate several different things but filled up on 3 helpings of green beans and lots of fresh fruit.
D: skipped dinner since I am still quite full from lunch...maybe this new fill IS helping. I sure need it to!!!!
br: organic wild puffs carmel cereal w/ soy slender milk
lunch: pop corn
snack: starbucks light java chip frap and 2% sugar free cinamon dolce latte
dinner: 4 0z marinated ribeye steak, five baby bella mushrooms and 1/2 an orange bell pepper (on skewers) a few bites of mixed green sald with yogurt low fat dressing one sunlite low carb potato with garlic salt and reduced fat sour cream
dagoba chai chocolate bar
There I feel accountable. I usually don't cook that much except on Sun
I'm late!
B: 1 packet of oatmeal / 3 prunes
L: 1 cup of taco soup w/a few multigrain corn chips
Went to a jewelry party and had a few graham sticks dipped in some kind of chocolate mixture.
45 minute walk in 25 degree weather...YES!!
D: 1/2 chicken breast - foil pack w/salsa & cheese / 1/4 cup corn / spoon of potatoes
Lite cool whip w/natural peanut butter later
