Okay, it's official...I have issues

First of all the Island is for support...which you are asking for like the smart woman you are. Call it whining if you want.... Take it day by day. Some days its an uphill battle struggling against our inclinations that are destructive. Some days its all downhill as we are'nt interested in food that day... We are imperfect and we do the best we can. But I believe there is a time to fight and and time to relax and enjoy. Can you change your weigh in day? (to like Friday?) If not then a "free day" on Saturday would show on your first weigh in on Monday. But by the next Monday your week of being on program would also relfect. (even with a Saturday freebie again etc)

Awww, honey, you ARE normal! ha That's basically what I do, I take Friday, as our night to eat out, and that's why you see me eating Pizza, or batter fried fish, and the like! I have one day, I EAT, whatever I want! I usually top it off with ice cream, or regular popped popcorn, not 100cal. So........whine away, and have a glass of that good wine, you bought!
