Lookin for crock pot recipes...
Honey, Nancy posted that one with the frozen chicken breasts, and I fixed it, and it was yummy. I made like taco soup, of the left overs. I think Beth also, had another Taco soup, I'm making next week, you could always brown the ground beef, earlier, it doesn't take long, and throw it all together in the morning. If you'd like these, I'll surely post them again, for you. I really think, any meat in portion size, you could put in the crock, frozen. I have a ton of crock recipes, if you have something in mind, yell!

4-5 chicken breasts, frozen
jar of salsa (I used Pace medium, medium size jar)
can of black beans (drained)
can of corn, drained (I used 1/2 of a bag of frozen that I had)
Cook on low for several hours
About 20-30 minutes before you want to serve, add 8 oz. of light (or fat-free, I used light) cream cheese. Allow to melt. You can turn off crock at this point.
Stir gently to mix...chicken will fall apart, I broke it up into chunks at this point. My boys had their with flour tortillas.
Even Better Than Arby Makes - Roast Beef
1 (3 to 4 pound) roast
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar (I am going to use Splenda brown sugar)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Place roast in crockpot. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over roast. Cook on LOW all night. The next morning stir together. Remove any membrane or fat if desired. Stir well again. Let simmer on LOW until noon or evening. Serve on buns.
I haven't made this yet but I found it and it looks good!
