Finally feeling better...I'm back on the boards, missed you all!

Hey everyone! I have had a flu/cold and have been sick as a dog for about two weeks now. I have lurked every now and then, but have not felt good enough to post. I'm now feeling better...down 5#....not a healthy 5#....it's more of a I'm sick and can't eat 5#! I'm sure it will be back on as soon as I start my daily routine again. My fever was up to 104 degrees....mucus plugging my stoma all up...couldn't eat, drink or take meds! Sleep wasn't even an option! I'm on winter lay-off...so at least I didn't miss any work! I hope everyone is good, I missed you all. My boss is sending Hubby and I to Naples Fla, Golf and Spa resort next Monday for an all inclusive expense paid vacation....now I think THATS the reason I really started feeling better! TIme to read some posts and catch up! Katie

Katie, I'm sorry you were so sick! I'm ALSO, glad you're feeling much better, finally! Wow, how nice is that, his boss sending you on a vacation, like that! I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Katie - I am sure glad to hear from you! Being sick with the band is the worst feeling ever. So glad you are going on a vacation - that will be awesome!
