B-Zone bar L-1/2 turkey sandwich and cup of clam chowder D-Chicken caccitori (sp?)..(I didnt eat the pasta..wooohooo) No snacks today...water about 40oz..not so good on that...but will work on it.

My daughter ended up home sick on Friday. She had horrible cramps, to the point of her face turning pale white whenever she had one. Poor girl. She stayed on the couch all day. It's Saturday and she's better today. Friday's food was weird: B: WW english muffin, 1tsp pb on1 side, 1 tsp jam on the other (surprised I could eat this at 9am in themorning!) I nibbled and it went down just fine. L: 4oz canned chicken w/1TBSP of mayo and Franks Redhot mixed in / 6 crackers S: Gnu bar I did my Leslie Sansone walking video between 4 and 5pm D: attempted to eat 1 small piece of meatloaf and couldn't. It got stuck. No Pb, but I felt it choking its way down for an hour. later I had the lite cool whip mixed with natural pb. I didn't drink enough water. Probably why my dinner fought me. That's what makes me wonder if I need a fill. Have a good day.

Losing 1 1/2pounds this week, I sure don't think a fill is in order, now! That's MY opinion! ha
