B: gr tea, V-8, 2 slices Healthy Life toast, with spray butter, and PB2
L: 1/2 chicken sandwich, 4 grape tomatoes, sF Caramel pudding
D: crock meatloaf, cottage cheese w/ chives, and corn, w/green, red peppers, onion
S: Think a small bowl of protein cereal, w/ a little milk!
100 oz water

Hi Sharon. Brrrrrr it's 14 degrees here! Glad to be home from work and warm! Even with the ghastly cost of fuel oil!
early: 1 cup 1% milk
long meeting...breakfast wasn't until 10:30
B: 1/4 cup cottage cheese / 1 muscle milk pudding cup (good!) /small banana
1 cheese stick
L: 1 serving Hormel canned chili and a few fritos
S: 1 fork of chicken salad / Special K 90 calorie snack pack
D: Tilapia / mixed veggies and maybe a spoon of mashed potatoes.
You've gotta try this if you like spicy....make chicken salad. I use canned chicken, mayo and dashes of Frank's Red Hot. Oh my! Tasty! I took it to work today but never ate it so it's for lunch tomorrow, can't wait!
I also made an appointment with my surgeons nutritionist to talk to her on the 30th. Just to see what my issues are. I know I have issues, but.....wishing my weight would start going down again!

Snack: Gnu bar and coffee with creamer

L: 2 oz pot roast with a little gravy and 1/2 C corn
S: cup of soup before class
D: 1/2 turkey club wrap with honey mustard and about 4 potato chips (I had class tonight and the instructor fed us - was I ever a happy student!)
