Sudden night cough - tips please...

Yeah, I do know what you mean. I realized recently that I haven't really lost any weight now in almost 6 months! Are you taking anything for the acid? Prilosec didn't work well for me but zantac seems to be doing quite well. Hmmm..I think I need a spanx camisole then. I bought a camisole type shaper with a bra top attached to it, but it tends to ride up. My problem area is just above my bellybutton and I don't want to have to wear full lower body spanx all the time just to address that one area!

Slept like a baby last night, thank goodness. I am taking prevacid and as long as I take it early enough it seems to help. I also took Benadryl last night just in case it is more allergies than band. You will love the spanx camisole - I wear them to work every day, because my problem area is just above the waist to the bra line. Spanx works great! And while I do have the other one too - it is a real pain to wear. The cami rocks.
