Actually, if I bread anything, it stays softer and moister and I get it down easier. Even chicken! I wet it, coat it with corn flake crumbs and bake it, and it is great. Breaded port chops also stay mush moirster and more tender breaded. Try it! Have a blessed day!

I'll try it Ron. I've never been stuck, from breading, but was thinking of deep frying. ha Baking, sounds good. I STILL can't do chicken skin, though! Too, bad they don't make skinless wings! ha
