Exercise anyone?

I only did 60 minutes tonight on the treadmill. I am training for my first 5K. I really didn't want to but it was easier after I got started. Anyone else?

Beth, Good for you! You are my excercise hero! I have to start excercising!! I know it's going to be the difference is losing these last pounds! How has your restriction been? I'm finally ready for a fill on the 5th!

Hey there Marla - my restriction is still great! I have finally lost all of the "holiday" weight I gained. When are you getting your 5th fill?

It's been a little over a week since I had the gallbladder out, so I think I'm going to hit the elliptical tomorrow. No lifting for 6 weeks though

I did my hour of physical therapy this morning, and 25 minutes on the bike tonight. He is working me harder in the mornings because of the pain I've been experiencing while walking.

I walked for way over a mile today at the mall and all through the parking lot. The weather was beautiful today and I took advantage of it.

Although I cannot be on my treadmill for 60 min I can do about 10minutes at 1.8 miles an hour and I also am exercising with my weights for 10 -15 minutes(3#) I have severe degenerative joint disease and arithritis have had both hips ,one knee, and a large tumor removed from my spine.. I have fallen off for over the last 2 months but I am just now back exercsiing again ....just can't overdo it because of the pounding on my joints and bones .. Congrats on your intensive training.. I hope you get out there and show your stuff!.... Do it for all of us who cannot be beside you!

I have walked 2 1/2 miles every day except today...kinda bummed but I have to get my new schedule down....I sure have more energy and sleep better when I am regular with the walking.
