Chili of course!
Also Mexican Skillet:
very lean ground beef
chopped onion
garlic
small can crisp corn
8 oz picante sauce
canned diced tomatoes
2% shredded mexican cheese
elbow macaroni
Brown the beef and onion, drain.
Add garlic, corn, picante sauce and tomatoes, blend well.
Boil elbow macaroni according to box directions, drain.
Stir in elbow macaroni and cheese until cheese is melted.
